In a world where the return on savings in traditional banks are almost nonexistent, and high inflation makes money lose its value over time, TreAzure rises to build a system where anyone and everyone around the world can have their money working for them, and earn higher returns than traditional saving gives. This is made possible through careful selection of less risky investment projects in the real estate sector to invest into. As it is with the traditional real estate sector, high investment capital may be a thing of the past with TreAzure. With the aid of blockchain technology, and our team of real estate experts, we are building a platform where members would be able to invest in several real estate projects around the world, enjoying more affordable investment capital for each project. Rather than the usual high capital, our community members may only invest what they can, regardless of the project, making it more accessible to everyone. With blockchain technology being trustless, everything is transparent and can be viewed on-chain. As we already have received interest from external investors, investments would be done through tokenization. This way, tokens would be created for every project, and the community members would get the chance to buy these projects tokens as their capital investment, then have the external investors buy the rest of the project’s tokens as well. This gives every member the opportunity to buy as much as they may want to, and ensuring that we get enough from corporate entities to ensure we embark on every project with sufficient capital required. This way, members who buy into projects would be sure of guaranteed profits upon completion of project. Holders also get more value for their NFTs as well as rewards for owning them.
